Tricia Hancock, CLTC, MMC is the supervisor of the Long Term Care / DI / Medicare team at Underwriters Marketing Service. She has been with Underwriters Marketing Service since 1996, with over 25 years dedicated to Long Term Care solutions. She has had her CLTC designation since 2003, MMC in 2025. She was a 5 year board member of the South Jersey Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals (now NAIFA), holding positions of President & Vice-President. Tricia is also been an instructor for CE courses since 2005 and became the director of UMS Forum, the educational arm of Underwriters Marketing Service in 2014.
